1000w Nanolux Digital Grow Light Ballast

I have 2 1000w Nanolux Digital Light Ballast`s for sale, they are both brand new in the box. They were bought less than 4 weeks ago, we were gonna use these for an indoor veggie garden so we could grow various herbs/peppers but after measuring space, these 1000w lights would have been overkill, so we went w/ 400w lights instead.
