11,000 BTUs Portable Air Conditioner

AMICO USA AP11000 standing/portable air conditioner; it`s on castors so can be rolled from room to room. Vent to window. Remote control and manual. Various modes including timer. Excellent condition. Used less than one season.
It weighs 55 lbs. and I can`t assist much with moving it.
I paid $400 for it; would like to get $200 or best reasonable offer.
