12,000 btu portable ac unit dehumidifier dual port

WOULD WORK GREAT FOR A LARGE GROW ROOM IN HOUSE I have a 12,000 btu portable air conditioner . Runs terrific. Comes with manual and remote control with good batteries. Clean and ready to use.
Has intake and outake air tubes which extend about 6 feet from unit and compact for storage or short reach. One tube must be exited through a window to outside, to expel heat from units cooling motor.
Sufficient for 1000 to 1500 square feet depending on walls and doors which would block cooling.
Runs quiet and has the drip pan which is easy to pull out, empty and replace.
Has a lot of cooling and dehumidify options. Reliable
Paid $489 for it and used it for half a season. Its a great deal!
