400w grow light 110v

I have a grow light I no longer have a need for. I t has been in storage for some time but is plug and play. Included in the sale is the shade/ bulb housing, 110 v 400w ballast , and a brand new 400 w werker bulb used to test the ballast ($28 alone from batteries and bulbs).
