5 Ton commercial AC hydroponic set-up

The TRANE XB300 is a 5 ton unit,.
This unit is a 2 piece set consisting of a 5 TON AIR HANDLER and a AIR CONDENSER. (The condenser alone is worth $1,900 brand new, and the handler is worth $1,500 new.)
These units are slightly used as they were bought in middle of last year and only used for about 3 months total. They also are still factory warrantied under TRANE.(I DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE WARRANTY PAPERS, MY BUSINESS PARTNER MISSPLACED THEM MONTHS AGO, but you can get new ones printed from the manufacturer if desired.)
