Grow light Quantum 600w Dimmable Ballast W/two 80 dollar bulbs

Quantum 600 Watt Dimmable Electronic Ballast in box with bulb and cord..the bulb was never used..its a german made veg bulb ..paid 80 dollars for it..the other is a 40 dollar bloom bulb..
FIRM on price..thats the lowest I can go..
