GROW LIGHT SET- two 4 foot bulbs

Large grow-light set : heavy duty stand, two trays, light fixture with spots for four 4-foot fluorescent bulbs (four 40 W Grow Light bulbs included)
(NOTE: All new light bulbs included but at the moment only two of the light bulbs illuminate- and we can`t figure out if it is the switch or the ballast that is keeping them from all lighting up- you can still use it of course, just not at maximum illumination)
