Indoor Grow Light 400W Gardening

These were included within a lot of assorted items I had won via an auction some time ago. As you can see, everything works. One of the lights appears to run off a 400w ballast while the other simply plugs directly into an average everyday wall outlet. The bulbs are included as well. I have absolutely no use for these so please feel free to make me an offer. I just want them GONE.
