Gavita Pro 1000 watt lights w/ 3 month old bulb

Greetings,
I have 4 each Gavita Pro 1000 watt grow lights that I have used for 15 months. I just replaced the bulbs 3 months ago (I`ve got the receipt to prove it). These lights work perfectly. I am having to switch to cooled reflectors because I have very low ceilings in my attic grow set up and I can not afford to to keep plants 18-24" away from my lights.
These lights are fully adjustable from/to: 600/660/750/825/1000/1150 watts
