LOT of grow lights etc. T5 8 bulb 400 watt HPS pumps etc

Up for sale is this wholesale lot of indoor growing lights, pumps, etc. at a super bargain price of $125 firm for all of it:
Tested and working:
A 400 watt Hydrofarm MH grow light with ballast and (2) bulbs
A High output light fixture with 8 T5 fluorescent bulbs
A 10" fan with ducting
(2) Mil spec EMI shielded fluorescent fixtures (only one works)
Not tested:
Diversitech condensate pump
2 power strips
(4) new T5 florescent bulbs
(14) T8 florescent bulbs
fountain pump hoses etc.
A Sun System 150 Watt HPS fixture, (missing S55 bulb)
A 400 Watt Sunlight Supply HPS ballast only, missing fixture, proprietary plug
I have not used these; I got them out of a storage unit auction. I want to sell all of these together as a package deal and do not want to sell individual items to multiple buyers.
