Comes with box & receipt. Has full warranty til 11-17-15 & prorated 2 years after that. I also have a yield master 2 air-cooled reflector and a digilux 600w mh bulb available. Would like to sell all 3 items for $250. Would trade for $ and blu lab pH pen or the 6x16" phresh filter under 3 months old
