Haier 8,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner

Haier 8,000 BTU portable air conditioner. It can also work as a dehumidifier. Still sold online on the Home Depot website for $279.00
We bought it last summer (2014) for our attic because the windows couldn`t hold a regular window unit. It worked so good it cooled two floors. We are only selling it because we are moving and will have central air. To bad we didn`t buy it sooner because it actually made last summer bearable.
